Medicare and insurance in New Jersey

Compounded and pellet hormones
Compounded bioidentical hormones are not FDA-approved. FDA also does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. FDA commissioned the National Academies review, which concluded that the evidence does not support their clinical utility and advised limiting use to patients with specific needs, such as an allergy to an ingredient in an approved product [15][16].
