Our verdict
CleanProvisional clean rating. Lifeforce lists $149 a month plus a $349 enrollment fee for quarterly testing and coaching. We found no FDA warning letter, and we have not yet confirmed its BBB record.
- FDA record
- No FDA warning letter to Lifeforce among the 68 letters in our tracker (Dec 2024 to Sept 2026).
- BBB
- Not yet confirmed. We will add the BBB rating and complaint count after we check it.
- Best for
- People who want blood work every three months with a clinician and coach to discuss it, and accept a monthly fee.
- Watch out
- Prices come from an event promotion page; the main site shows none. The $349 enrollment fee was waived only in that promotion. Year-one cost is about $2,137 to $2,387 depending on the plan. Supplements and prescriptions cost extra, and our research did not name the pharmacy used.

Lifeforce cost
| Plan | Price | What is included | Checked | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $149/mo plus $349 enrollment (waived in the promotion) | Quarterly 50+ biomarker testing, clinician consult, coaching | 2026-10-17 | Lifeforce [1] |
| Diagnostics a la carte plus membership | $599 plus $149/mo ($2,387 a year) | Same membership with diagnostics paid up front | 2026-10-17 | Lifeforce [1] |
Our arithmetic: on the monthly plan, 12 payments of $149 come to $1,788, or $2,137 with the $349 enrollment fee if it is charged. The second option totals $2,387 for the year, as Lifeforce states [1]. Supplements and any prescriptions are on top of the membership.
What you get for the fee
The selling point is frequency. Lifeforce tests 50+ biomarkers every three months, so four rounds a year, and each comes with a clinician consult and coaching [1]. Function Health runs two rounds a year of 160+ tests for $365 [2] [3], and Superpower runs one panel of 100+ biomarkers for $199 [4]. Lifeforce tests fewer markers, more often, with more human contact. Compare in our longevity blood test guide.
Prescriptions and supplements: questions to ask
Lifeforce offers supplements and prescriptions alongside testing, according to our research. We did not confirm which prescriptions or which pharmacy fills them. If a clinician suggests a prescription, such as a hormone therapy, ask for the drug name, whether it is FDA-approved or compounded, the pharmacy, and the monthly cost. Typical costs for those treatments are on our TRT cost and hormone therapy cost pages.
Compounded products are not FDA-approved
If any prescription you are offered is compounded, it is not FDA-approved, and FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness or quality of compounded drugs before they are marketed [6].
FDA and complaint record
No letter to Lifeforce appears in our FDA warning letter tracker (68 letters, December 2024 to September 2026).
BBB record not yet confirmed
We have not yet confirmed Lifeforce's BBB rating or complaint history, including any billing or cancellation pattern. The clean rating is provisional until we do.
