- People who want one broad blood panel a year at a lower price than twice-yearly memberships.

Superpower pricing, line by line
| Item | Price | What is included | Checked | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Superpower membership | $199/yr | One panel of 100+ biomarkers, AI and care-team access, results in about 10 days | 2026-10-17 | Superpower [1] |
| Superpower at-home draw | +$99 | A phlebotomist visit instead of a lab visit | 2026-10-17 | Superpower [1] |
| Other figures on the same page | $349 and $298 | Not explained on the page | 2026-10-17 | Superpower [1] |
| Function Health (benchmark) | $365/yr | 160+ tests, two draws a year | 2026-10-17 | Function Health [2] |
| InsideTracker (benchmark) | $489 | Membership plus one test of up to 54 biomarkers | 2026-10-17 | InsideTracker [3] |
The main add-on cost is convenience. If you want the draw at home, the $199 becomes $298, which may explain one of the figures on the page, though Superpower did not say so [1]. Superpower says the membership is HSA and FSA eligible [1].
What one panel a year gets you
The membership dialog lists 101 markers, results arrive in about 10 days, and you get access to an AI tool and a care team to talk through them [1]. That is one draw a year. Function Health, the closest rival, runs two draws a year for $365 [4] [2]; see our Function Health review and the head-to-head Superpower vs Function Health.
What a blood panel does not answer
Some health questions have a test with a clearer guideline role than a broad panel. For adults 40 to 75 with intermediate heart risk and an uncertain statin decision, the ACC/AHA cholesterol guideline uses a coronary calcium score: a score of zero may justify holding off on a statin, and 100 or more favors one [5]. Most people pay $100 to $150 cash for that scan [6]. Details on our coronary calcium score page.
If you are shopping for a "biological age" number, note that the same sample can give very different results across companies, and those clocks were built for population research rather than individual diagnosis [7]. See biological age tests.
Records: FDA letters, BBB and complaints
Superpower sells testing, so drug-marketing letters are less likely to apply. No letter to Superpower appears in our FDA warning letter tracker (68 letters, December 2024 to September 2026).
BBB check pending
We have not yet confirmed Superpower's BBB rating or complaint pattern. The clean rating is provisional until we do.
Is Superpower a fit?
- Good match: you want one wide panel a year and the lowest annual fee among the memberships we price [1].
- Better elsewhere: you want testing every six months (Function Health, $365) [2] or every three months (Lifeforce, $149 a month) [8].
- Better elsewhere: you need a plan that bundles coaching and nutrition advice; InsideTracker is built around that [3].
- Better elsewhere: you want skin, heart and body checks along with blood work in one in-person visit; see the Neko Health review for its New York scan [9].
- Better elsewhere: you only need one test, such as a thyroid or cholesterol check; Everlywell sells single at-home kits with no membership [10].
