Concierge and longevity medicine in Washington DC

The clearest published membership price near Washington DC is KerixHealth's direct primary care in Falls Church, Virginia: $150 a month per adult plus a $100 registration fee, seen October 17, 2026 [1]. We found no concierge practice in DC, McLean or Bethesda that posts its annual fee.

Concierge medicine is primary care paid partly by a membership retainer, usually on top of insurance billing; direct primary care replaces insurance billing with a flat monthly fee.

Choosing a tier in the DC area

DC's median household income is $109,870, and 13.6% of residents are 65 or older [2]. If you mainly want fast access, DPC and hybrid memberships cost far less than a retainer. Concierge practices sell something different: the AAFP says their membership centers on an in-depth physical and screenings, with higher annual fees [5].

The HSA test

KerixHealth's $150 adult fee sits at the federal limit: since January 1, 2026, DPC fees up to $150 a month for one person, or $300 for a family, can be paid from an HSA without losing eligibility [9]. Fees above the cap are still medical expenses, but they end your ability to contribute to the HSA while enrolled [9]. Concierge practices that bill insurance do not qualify at all [9].

Medicare

Medicare does not cover concierge fees. Doctors who accept assignment cannot charge extra for covered services, and must provide an Advance Beneficiary Notice for noncovered items in the fee [10]. See concierge medicine and Medicare.

Longevity and executive health

Prenuvo lists a Washington DC location in Bethesda [4]; Whole Body scans cost $2,499 [11]. Neko Health has named DC among planned US cities [12]. The American College of Radiology does not recommend total-body MRI screening without symptoms or risk factors [13]. Mayo Clinic's Executive Health Program runs in Rochester, Scottsdale, Jacksonville and London, with no published price [14]. See executive physical cost and longevity clinics.
