Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved

Label safety points

In the TRAVERSE trial of 5,204 men aged 45 to 80 with low testosterone and existing or high heart risk, major cardiac events occurred in 7.0% on testosterone gel vs 7.3% on placebo, meeting the noninferiority goal, but pulmonary embolism was more common (0.9% vs 0.5%) [7]. FDA added a blood pressure warning across testosterone products in Feb 2025 [3]. Call 911 for chest pain or sudden shortness of breath.
