A published Denver-metro price

KerixHealth, formerly Nextera Healthcare, lists Colorado clinics in Lone Tree, Greeley, Fort Collins, Frederick and Longmont. Adult membership is $115 a month and child membership $75, with a $100 registration fee per person, capped at $300 per family [1]. It advertises same or next-day visits, 24/7 access to its care team, chronic care and mental health support, with no copays or deductibles [1]. We list it because its price is public, not as an endorsement.

Why the $150 HSA line matters in Colorado

Colorado passed a direct primary care law, HB17-1115, in 2017 [4]. Separately, from January 1, 2026, federal rules let people with a high-deductible plan enroll in DPC and still contribute to an HSA, and pay DPC fees from it, if fees stay at or below $150 a month for one person or $300 for a family [6] [7]. A $115 adult membership falls under that cap. Fees above the cap can still be reimbursed, but they end HSA contribution eligibility while enrolled [6]. Concierge plans that bill insurance on top of the fee do not qualify [6].

Longevity programs and executive physicals

Some Denver searchers want longevity testing or an executive physical rather than ongoing primary care. Mayo Clinic's Executive Health Program runs one to three day itineraries in Rochester, Scottsdale, Jacksonville and London, and does not publish a price [10]. Compare options on executive physicals and longevity clinics.

Medicare patients

One in eight Denver residents, 12.5%, is 65 or older [5]. Medicare does not pay concierge fees, and a doctor who accepts assignment may not charge the fee for Medicare-covered services [11]. More in concierge medicine and Medicare.
