What Eden charges
| Item | Price | Terms | Checked | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide | $99 a month | "Same Price at Every Dose", excluding new-member discounts and some plans. The page did not say what the price includes. | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
| Tirzepatide and brand drugs | Not shown | Eden lists them but showed no price on the pages we read | Oct 17 2026 | [1] |
A flat price at every dose matters with semaglutide, since the dose rises over months. For brand Wegovy, NovoCare charges $199 for the first two fills at starting doses and $349 a month after [4]. See semaglutide cost and Wegovy cost.
The June 2026 FDA letter and what changed
FDA's letter to Eden Health International Inc. dba Eden, dated Jun 8 2026, cited two things it found when it reviewed the site in March 2026 [2]:
- The Eden name on pictured compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide labels, which implies Eden made the drugs.
- A claim that products come from "FDA-licensed 503(a) outsourcing facilities". FDA says it does not approve or license any pharmacy or facility [5].
The letter was one of 25 FDA sent to telehealth companies on Jun 8 2026 and posted Jun 16 [6]. On Oct 17 2026 the "FDA-licensed" wording was not on Eden's homepage or FAQ. Image text on the site still showed Eden logos on other compounded vials, such as sermorelin and NAD+. We could not see the GLP-1 vial labels. If they still carry the Eden name, our rules move Eden to avoid. See the FDA letter tracker.
What you get
Eden lists compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide (it did not say whether compounded), brand Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro, a custom weight loss kit, and wellness products such as sermorelin, NAD+ and MIC+B12 [1]. It fills through "state-licensed pharmacies" and links to an affiliated Eden Pharmacy. Eden's FAQ says FDA does not review compounded drugs, which is accurate. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality [7]. Read compounded semaglutide: cost, legality and safety.
Who Eden fits
- Fits: people who have settled on compounded semaglutide, want a flat price as the dose rises, and will manage auto-billing themselves.
- Look elsewhere: anyone who wants an FDA-approved drug at a clear price, written refund terms, or a pharmacy that is named on the order page. Compare on online GLP-1 programs.
Using compounded semaglutide safely
FDA reports adverse events, some needing a hospital stay, from people mismeasuring compounded semaglutide doses [7]. Units depend on the concentration on the pharmacy label: follow it and your prescriber, and ask the pharmacist. The Wegovy label warns of thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents and says to stop when pregnancy is recognized [8]. Stomach pain that will not go away can be pancreatitis. Call 911 for a severe allergic reaction.
