What the main trial found

Label cautions

The boxed warning comes from thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents; MTC or MEN 2 in you or a relative rules semaglutide out. Lasting, severe belly pain may be pancreatitis. Allergic swelling, or lows while on insulin or a sulfonylurea, need quick care. Stop 2 months or more ahead of a planned pregnancy ^[9]. For emergencies, dial 911.

Clinic-compounded versions
